↓ Download PDFThis Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by INAI. It applies to clients, prospects, and any individual who provides personal data to ZAIPEX through the website, forms, email, or any other means.
ZAIPEX collects and processes the following categories of personal data in connection with commercial, service, or prospecting relationships:

- —Tax ID (RFC) and legal name
- —Tax and delivery address
- —Tax regime and CFDI usage

ZAIPEX does not collect sensitive personal data (racial origin, health status, political affiliation, religious beliefs, sexual life) from its clients or prospects.

ZAIPEX may transfer your data in the following cases without requiring your consent when permitted by the LFPDPPP:
- —Competent authorities: in compliance with legal obligations, judicial or administrative requirements.
- —Cloud infrastructure providers: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, solely for data hosting with security levels equivalent to or higher than those required by the LFPDPPP.
- —Electronic invoicing providers (PAC): authorized by the SAT for CFDI issuance.
ZAIPEX does not sell, assign, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes, except with the express consent of the data subject.
As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:
Send your request to [email protected] with your name, official ID, and description of the right you wish to exercise.
ZAIPEX will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond within a maximum of 20 business days in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
If you do not want your data processed for secondary purposes, you can:
- —Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "OPT-OUT SECONDARY PURPOSES" or "REVOCATION OF CONSENT"
- —Click the unsubscribe link included in any commercial communication we send you
Refusal or revocation does not affect the primary purposes necessary to provide the contracted service.
ZAIPEX websites and platforms may use cookies and similar technologies:
- —Essential cookies: necessary for platform operation (authentication, session, security). Cannot be disabled.
- —Analytics cookies: to measure platform usage and improve the experience (Google Analytics with IP anonymization).
- —Preference cookies: to remember personalized dashboard and tool settings.
You can configure your browser to reject or delete non-essential cookies.
ZAIPEX implements technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal data:
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes:
- —Tax and billing data: minimum 5 years per the Federal Tax Code.
- —Contractual data: during the contract term and up to 3 years thereafter.
- —Prospecting data: until the prospect requests cancellation or 2 years without active contact.
- —Platform usage data: during the contract term and up to 12 months thereafter.
ZAIPEX reserves the right to modify this Notice at any time. Any changes will be communicated through:

- —Notification within ZAIPEX platforms and dashboards
